Domestic Shipping Policy
Under normal circumstances, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
When experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.
International Shipping Policy
We are not able to ship internationally at the moment
Shipping Rates & Ship Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout and may vary depending on the products and the shipping location and are subject to changes with or without prior notice.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the continental US.
For shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, please contact us before placing the order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes IISI, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are dictated by your state’s tax laws (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
IISI, L.L.C. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
